Coleslaw Like KFC
My favorite coleslaw is from Kentucky Fried Chicken. I love the combination of sweetness and tangy. This is a recipe that has circulated around the internet time and time again and is one of my favorite Copy Cat recipes. It is also a favorite when serving to guests.

Comments:
-
I usually make this in the morning of the day that I am serving it
for dinner. However, it is still
very good after a few hours after preparing it.
- This recipe is quite runny. Just mix right before serving. Drain any unwanted liquid if desired.
- I use light buttermilk and regular mayonnaise.
