Creamy Chicken & Rice
This recipe takes only minutes to prepare and is delicious. Serve with rice and steamed broccoli if desired. Everyone in the family loves this meal.
Ingredients:

4-6 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 can cream of chicken soup -
1 can cream of celery soup
1 8 oz container of sour cream -
8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
3-4 green onions, white and green part, chopped
2 cups cooked white, brown or wild rice-
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup and sour cream.
- Place chicken breasts in a 9" x 13" baking dish.
- Spread soup and sour cream mixture over top of chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese and green onions on top.
- Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours.
- Serve with cooked rice.

I usually use the reduced fat soups and reduced fat sour cream.
- You can also serve with couscous or over egg noodles.
