Creamy Key Lime Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 prepared or homemade graham cracker crust
  • 12 oz frozen whipped cream such as Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice or more or less to taste, freshly squeezed

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine key lime juice and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Fold in whipped cream. Taste the mixture to ensure you have enough key lime juice in it. You want to be able to taste the key lime juice in the whip cream mixture. Add more if necessary.
  3. Pour into graham cracker crust.
  4. Freeze and remove from freezer about 1/2 hour before serving.

Comments:

- Top with slices of key limes.

- I made this with a homemade graham cracker crust and it was delicious.
