Peanut Butter Pie

1This recipe is from my mother-in-law who is a wonderful cook. She can whip up a meal in minutes which always amazes me. This pie is smooth, creamy and delicious. It is also easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust
  • 12 oz frozen whipped cream such as Cool Whip, thawed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese well.
  2. Add sugar slowly.
  3. Add peanut butter.
  4. Add vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in whipped cream.
  6. Pour into graham cracker crust.
  7. Refrigerate until serving.

Comments:

- Top with chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups if desired.
