Peanut Butter Pie

This recipe is from my mother-in-law who is a wonderful cook. She can whip up a meal in minutes which always amazes me. This pie is smooth, creamy and delicious. It is also easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust
- 12 oz frozen whipped cream such as Cool Whip, thawed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese well.
- Add sugar slowly.
- Add peanut butter.
- Add vanilla extract.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Pour into graham cracker crust.
- Refrigerate until serving.
Comments:
- Top with chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups if desired.
