Teriyaki Marinade
This marinade is my go to recipe that I know will never fail me. You can use it on any meat and you can also marinate vegetables with it for shish kabobs. I have used it on pork, chicken, London Broil and flank steak.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbs sherry
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs vegetable oil or olive oil
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 tbs brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 green onions, white and green part
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions:
- Combine all marinade ingredients in large resealable bag. Add your choice of meat. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight.
