Teriyaki Marinade

1This marinade is my go to recipe that I know will never fail me. You can use it on any meat and you can also marinate vegetables with it for shish kabobs. I have used it on pork, chicken, London Broil and flank steak.


  • 2 tbs sherry
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 2 tbs vegetable oil or olive oil
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1 tbs brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 green onions, white and green part
  • 1 clove garlic, minced


  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in large resealable bag. Add your choice of meat. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight.
