Teriyaki Marinated Pork Loin
Pork
tenderloins that are soaked in a marinade of soy sauce, brown sugar,
honey, sherry, garlic and green onions. It turns out perfectly moist
every time and very flavorful.
Ingredients:
- 2 pork tenderloins (1 pound each)
- 2 tbs sherry
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs vegetable oil or olive oil
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 tbs brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt or kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 green onion, white and green part
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag, adding tenderloins last. Seal and turn to coat.
- Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
- Remove from refrigerator and lest rest 15 minutes at room temperature before grilling.
- Grill pork until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees or until desired doneness.
- Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Comments:

Place the marinade ingredients in a saucepan and boil for 2 minutes
for a dipping sauce on the side.
Tips:
- Prepare two of these meals at the same time, and before cooking...place one in the freezer for a meal at a later time.
